Ashley's Future Aspirations/Future Plan Collage

10 year plan

Within the next ten years I hope to graduate highschool and attain a bachelor degree at a decent university.
During the summers, I plan to take online classes to obtain credits which will be needed to graduate sooner.
In addition, I will apply for part-time jobs in local areas to be able to put money in my savings account.
Due to the cost of living in the Bay Area, I aim to be able to afford a rent payment for an apartment in a safe neighborhood. Most importantly, I hope to be fully independent and have a sense of self fulfillment.

College Choice

I plan on applying to San Jose University, Calpoly Polytechnic, and University of California Irvine, Santa Cruz, Merced, or Riverside.

It varies depending on the competitiveness of each college, but I am applying for majors similar to Management Information System, Computer Science Software, and/or Business Administration

I plan on graduating within four to five years.

Career Choice

I need to apply for multiple scholarships to receive financial aid in order to pay for my future debt.
In the span of my university years, I will need to be prepared to take internships to broaden my experience within the field I work in. This will ensure that I will be able to attain a stable job.
As a senior, I have already finished my college applications and Based on the California Career Zone, my field makes an average of $100,000-180,000 and all require a bachelor's degree in Computer Programing/Information/Database Administration. This would bee enough for me to pay off my college debt and to be able to afford an apartment.

Personal Life

I would like to remain in Silicon Valley as it has the most technology-related jobs. I prefer to live in a suburban area as cities are often too loud and typically unsafe, while the countrysides are too isolated and inconvenient.

It would be necessary for me to own a decent car. I would only need a 2 bedroom apartment at this age.

I hope to have a scottish fold cat as they are adorable and have significantly less responsibilities.

I would love relearn piano. I dedicated eight years to learn it, however, with school work I am unable to find time to constantly practice this skill. I hope to have enough leisure time and money to enjoy my youth before settling down.
